Who loves Pinterest?
Well, everyone knows I do. Shocking. Right? Well, I've been thinking a lot about this post this week. I've been collecting pins to post. In fact, I've been thinking about turning this into a whole thing! Maybe with a theme I can concentrate on each week. We'll see.
Let's get started! Now, I don't know what it is but for some reason I haven't been able to keep myself from girlishly (and albeit abashedly) sorting through wedding dress pictures...I think it's the blissful idea that I'm married and I can! I can finally appreciate a wedding dress for what it is. Just a dress. So, forgive me if there are more than a few of them in here...
Oh, also, I did put links under each picture but the words containing the links didn't change color, so they were kinda hidden in there. That might happen again, but I promise, they're in there! I also have a lot more pins to put in this post so it may be a little longer than the last one! Enjoy!
It's true. But I doubt I can keep calm about it!
This is probably my favorite childhood book. I love The Velveteen Rabbit! I need to either find my copy, or get a new one because whenever it is that we end up having kids, I am SO reading this to them!
I want that outfit!! Love the hair, love the shirt, love the skirt, I even love the belt! Gorgeous!
With my love for sparkles, how did I NOT come across these bridesmaid dresses before I got married??
Oh, how I love ALL things peppermint!!!
I'm a little in love with that nail polish! I guess it's called Rose Gold Sparkle by China Glaze and it is gorgeous! It's perfect for the holidays and I think it could even work for spring. Rose Gold is quite on trend right now and why not keep up with this fantastic nail polish?
I. WANT. THIS. CAMERA. I couldn't find the pin, I must not have re pinned it in my enthusiasm, but I love it all the same!
Need I say more?
I can't help myself, I love those sleeves! If only this was more modest! But it is still beautiful!
SUPER cute dress!
Kinda cute idea for a kitchen nook. If you can call it a nook!
On the topic of interior decorating: How gorgeous is that? Love it! (I pinned this one a while ago and I couldn't find the pin again, so there's no link on this one, sorry!)
Love the color, love the styling, love the dress!
I'm loving this idea! Take a picture with all of your friends in your wedding dresses. This would be so much fun!
This is my wedding dress pre-alterations to make it modest. I loved it.
This was my original dream dress, but 6,000 dollars was a bit too extravagant. It's still a gorgeous dress!
It's funny, this was actually what I had imagined all through high school as my dream dress. Funny how tastes and styles change.
Lets take a break from Wedding gowns and skip to Christmas! This is an adorable idea for if you don't have a chimney!
Hairrrrr!
Put a different top under that shirt and I'm all over this!
SUPER cute headband!
First of all, I love the way they did her eyes. This is an example of blue eyeshadow done right! Secondly, this is a cool link! 15 tips to perfect eyes!
I'm loving this! I love the white eyeliner above the winged black! Gorgeous!
I don't know why, but I am loving that yellow blazer.
So before I got married, I hated these style dresses. It's the new cookie cutter Utah wedding dress and I can't stand it...and then I got married...and I saw this...and I actually don't hate it.
And gorgeous!
We're just going to get the wedding dresses out of the way. I love this one!
This is beautiful and unique! I don't know if it was originally supposed to be a wedding dress, but it's so different I think it would be incredible! My dad actually originally pinned this and I simply HAD to re-pin it!
So sweet and so true! Great Thomas S. Monson quote!
Love these colors and I adore that coat. Maybe without the black tulle...
The rest of the pins are older and so I'm not going to be linking them to the original pin. But they are on the "My Style" and "Stuff I Like" boards.
Such a sweet quote! I love that book!!
Ok, ok, just two more wedding dresses and then I'm done! I promise! For now...
Annnnddd...LAST ONE!
SUCH a cute sweater! If only it wasn't too terribly expensive! Oh, but how I do love Modcloth!
Ah, makeup done right. Refreshing!
Oreo bowl of goodness...who could resist??
Heart: melted.
I'm sorry, but leggings and jeans should never appear in the same word. I don't care how cool you think you look. Skinny jeans are one thing...but please please please, no more jeggings!!
This is an old favorite! And it's still beautiful!!
And last but not least! I've been bitten by the dark bug once again and I'm loving this color!
Well, that's about it for now! I warned you it would be a long post! Hope you enjoyed it and maybe there will be a Pinterest post take three!
Enjoy your week!
Less Than Three,
Sarah

Loving Cookies
So, Friday night I made cookies.
Here's how it went down:
Larry was home all day and so we had decided to take a nap. Now, I've been trying to get sick...well my body has been trying to get sick, and Larry never gets enough sleep so that is just what we did! For three whole hours! It was awful and awesome all at the same time.
I kinda hate napping...
but that's a different subject for a different post!
So, we got up and started in on a How I Met Your Mother/Burn Notice marathon. As we are sitting there, I start thinking
I REALLY want chocolate.
Not an unusual thought for me, but I look at the clock and low and behold it's like three AM! We seriously had no idea it was so late! So I look at Larry and I draw his attention to the incredibly late hour and say that if only it wasn't so late, I'd make chocolate chip cookies. To which he replies: "Don't mess with my emotions that way!" So, since neither of us were tired, I made cookies.
I love this recipe I have for chocolate chip cookies! Seriously, perfect cookies! I'd give you the recipe but...I'm writing this in my room and there's a space heater in here...and it's cold out in the rest of the house...and my cookbook is in the kitchen...
Sorry, but I'm not braving the frozen tundra of my home for you.
If you want it, send me a message or leave a comment and I'll put it in the next post!
So other than that, we had a rather regular week! We pulled out all of the necessary staple snacks one night as we watched the Grinch and other assorted Christmas movies! Refer to the image below:
We have olives, dill pickles, popcorn, jellied cranberries, and chocolate milk. Usually those are the appetizers at my house Christmas and Thanksgiving morning and I just couldn't wait.
Olives are meant to be put on your fingers. It's just a fact.
I've been trying out a few different techniques to curl my hair...because I am just that exciting...don't judge me...and it's a little embarrassing the amount of time I have spent trolling around youtube looking for tutorials. It's amazing the things you can learn on youtube! So...these are my results...
Ya...that's embarrassing.
Anyway, I figured I'd do another Pinterest post and put the tutorials in there in case anyone cares to try it themselves!
Speaking of the Pinterest Post...
It actually ended up being much more popular than I had expected! So I've been collecting pins to put on another addition! It's actually been pretty fun!
So, I've also been working on the snowflake blanket throw I started! We got more grey yarn!! I'm almost done with the fifth row of the large medallions! I figure I only have about six more to go! Hey! Progress is progress!
Other than that, I guess the only other adventure we've had this week was catching a mouse! We were at Larry's mom's house doing some laundry (thank you thank you thank you by the way!) and all of a sudden, we heard a shuffle and then a squeak! Larry went over to check the trap and found this cute little guy:
I resisted the urge to pet it, since I'm a fan of NOT catching diseases from animals. But he was really cute!!! I begged Larry not to kill him, and so Larry got one of his work gloves and freed the poor little thing.
Well, that's it for now. We are working on finding a place to live in Rexburg currently. (We wanted to put a deposit down on a place in September, but other things came up as they usually do. It happens!) And we are going to start packing everything up sometime this week! The plan at the moment is to hit up Disneyland on the way to Washington! We aren't excited about that at all...
Anyway, TWO WEEKS TO CHRISTMAS!!!! Have a good one! And if you liked the first Pinterest post, keep your eye out for a new one this week!
Less Than Three,
Sarah
P.S. Oh! Also, you should answer the poll I put on here! Maybe it's cheesy...but then, so am I!
LOVE!
